SHR was founded in 1993 to help organizations establish smart Human Resource Management practices so as to achieve organization goals and catch risks before trouble arose. Patricia Frame, our founder, recognized from her own work experience that many companies suffer for years from small mistakes or errors made in their formative years.

The common threads of attracting, developing, managing, and retaining high quality employees while reducing risk to the organization are critical elements for SHR clients. Additionally, we have
