Our founder has worked with a range of managers to improve their 'soft' skills. She has assisted senior executives in developing a strategic perspective, in increasing their ability to communicate and to lead, and in daily management activities. She has guided the career development efforts of a range of Human Resources personnel as well as employees in other fields who wished to move into a corporate HR role with their employer. She has counseled and coached many technical managers, professionals, and executives who were in career transition.

Coaching and development services are provided to organizations for specific individuals or groups as well as directly to individuals.
